We wanted to create a new website that is faster, easier to navigate, and more user-friendly than ever before. We’ve also taken this opportunity to introduce a new face to CONTROLS with a branding update that refreshes and harmonizes our family of three brands - CONTROLS, IPC Global and Wykeham Farrance.

Fast, Responsive Design
As you would expect, the site is fully responsive and compatible with tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices to allow users to browse wherever and whenever they choose. Navigation is more intuitive and allows users to browse over 4,000 products, as well as gain access to high-value content such as product brochures, datasheets, how-to videos, answers to frequently asked questions and much, much more.
Page loading is faster than ever, and the new site has been optimized for low bandwidth connections, so you can connect from anywhere on any device without compromising the loading time or content quality. Take a look.
Quote Cart
This new functionality allows customers to add products and accessories of interest to their personal Quote Cart. Once the quote cart is submitted, our sales department will receive the enquiry in real-time and quickly create accurate, personalised quotations. This will reduce response time and increase the accuracy of our quotations, ensuring customers gain access to the information they need quicker than ever before.

Service and Support Sections
Following your feedback, we decided to split Service and Support into two separate sections to make them easier to find and share the respective information.
- Service section contains all the information relating to repairs and spare parts, installation and relocation, calibration and verification & training.
Navigate to the Service Section. - Support section is your go-to area for technical and how-to videos for the various types of materials being tested. A search bar and filters menu allow you to quickly find what you are looking for.
Navigate to the Support Section. - FAQs is a continuously updated library of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) providing answers to the most common questions received by our Service and Technical teams. Browse this section using the search bar, narrowing the subject by using the filter on the left.
Check our FAQs. - New Support Enquiry - a dedicated Support Enquiry form has been set-up to help any prospective customers connect with our Support and Technical team. Enquiries will automatically be forwarded to one of our experts, based near you. They will evaluate each enquiry and respond with the relevant support needed, resulting in the prompt resolution of problems.

Product Navigation
You can easily search and find products thanks to a simple three-level search facility allowing you to drill down to the desired products quickly, whether you are an expert or new to the materials testing industry.
- Step 1 - select the type of materials you wish to test e.g. Asphalt Mixtures
- Step 2 - select the type of testing you wish to perform e.g. Composition Analysis.
- Step 3 - select the types of systems that corresponds best to what you are looking for e.g. Automatic Binder Extraction Systems.
This will lead you to a summary page with all the available systems that meet your criteria. Each step contains a brief description as well as a list of all available products. In addition, a side menu makes sure that you can view all product categories at all times, all the while enabling you to click on the product image to drill down for further information.
We have also completely redesigned our product pages to give you access to all the relevant product information in a visual and organized way.

- Description: Full detailed description of the product Products: All the variant of the products, can be added to the Quote Cart for a detailed quotation

- Documents: All the documents associated to the product
- Videos: Link to YouTube videos related to the products.
The last section of the Product page identifies Related Products to your search criteria - all the products that are closely related to the selected products, allowing you to request a quote faster and more easily than previously.
